发明名称 Etalon for evaluation of material topography
摘要 The present invention relates to an etalon for evaluation of material topography, which is intended for calibration of an instrument for evaluation of macro-dispersion quality of filling agents. The etalon according to the present invention is made of two-phase composite material based on a continuous phase and inert particles of globular forms with the size in the range of from about 0.5 to about 500 microns and close distribution of particle size with variation coefficient up to the value of 1. The continuous phase can be formed by an elastomer-based polymeric matrix, particularly silicon rubber, thermoplastic-based polymeric matrix or thermoset-based polymeric matrix. In another embodiment of the etalon, said continuous phase can also be formed by a low-molecular organic material such as wax, paraffin oil or adhesive. The inert particles of globular form are preferably represented by glass beads, but also by particles of organic origin such as soot particles, ceramic beads, or also metallic balls.
