<p>PURPOSE: An automatic punching device for window frames is provided to prevent defects by comprising a clamp and a processed product stopping unit and punching a hole in a correct position and to improve a manufacturing speed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic punching device (100) for window frames comprises a transfer unit (200), a processed product stopping unit (400), a clamp (500), a support unit (600), a punching unit (700), a position control unit (800), and a MICOM. The support unit supports an upper surface of the window frame with an auxiliary roller vertically moving by a cylinder. The punching unit punches a hole in a lower part of the window frame with an opening device vertically moving by a punching cylinder. The position control unit controls a position of the punching unit according to a standard of the window frame. The MICOM determines a position to punch and the number of punching according to the standard of the window frame and performs punching by sequentially controlling the processed product stopping unit, the clamp, the support unit, and the punching unit.</p> |
