The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a multi-functional ceramic binder composition for manufacturing FRC, and the FRC manufactured by the method. Primarily, metal or metallic oxide and metal salt powder having multiple functions such as an antibiotic function, deodorization, far-infrared radiation, and anion emission are finely ground and mixed with water-soluble polymer silicate (water glass) having a SiO_2/M_2O structure to coat the surface of powder particles with the water-soluble polymer silicate, and then the mixture is gelled, filtered, dried, and re-ground into fine powder to produce multi-functional ceramic powder. Secondarily, the multi-functional ceramic powder after the process mentioned above is mixed with the water-soluble polymer silicate (water glass) having a SiO_2/M_2O structure again and stirred uniformly to obtain the multi-functional ceramic binder composition for manufacturing the FRC. |
