The present invention relates to a method of preparing a spherical support for an olefin polymerization catalyst and a solid catalyst and a propylene polymer prepared therewith, and more particularly, to a method of preparing a spherical support of 70-90μm inclusive in size, which has excellent fracture strength and is able to be used for a gas-phase polymerization, by preparing a dialkoxy magnesium by using a mixture of two kinds of ethanol as an alcohol reacting to metal magnesium and an alcohol having 3 or more carbons, as for the method of preparing a dialkoxy magnesium support for preparing an olefin polymerization catalyst, and to an olefin polymerization catalyst which has excellent morphology when preparing a propylene polymer and in addition, significantly reduces the content of fine powder to 0.1% or less by preparing a catalyst by using the support, and to a prepared propylene polymer by using the support.
