<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system, capable of achieving reduction in size and improvement in efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 1 includes a reformer, a CO converter 12 provided as an integrated unit with the reformer, and a CO remover 13 provided as an integrated unit with the reformer 11 and axially juxtaposed to the CO converter 12 so as to be coaxial thereto. The fuel cell system 1 further includes a drum portion 51 provided to cover the axial space between the CO converter 12 and the CO remover 13 and defining an inlet passage 52 for introducing reformed gas from the CO converter 12 to the CO remover 13. Accordingly, since not only the CO converter 12 can be integrated to the reformer, but also the CO remover 13 can be integrated to the reformer, and the reformed gas can be introduced from the CO converter 12 to the CO remover 13 through the inlet passage 52 by the drum portion 51, connection piping or the like for such introduction can be eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
