PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable alkaline zinc-zinc alloy plating bath which can obtain smooth and bright plating of zinc metal. SOLUTION: The alkaline no-cyanide zinc-zinc alloy plating bath comprises: a compound selected from the group consisting of 1-ethyl-pyridinium3-carboxylate, 1-propyl-pyridinium 3-carboxylate, 1-butyl-pyridinium3-carboxylate, 1-ethanol-pyridinium3-carboxylate, 1-propanol-pyridinium3-carboxylate, 1-butanol-pyridinium3-carboxylate and 1-dimethyl ether-pyridinium3-carboxylate; and an auxiliary glossy component(s) selected from the group consisting of a reactant between imidazole and epihalohydrin, a reactant between aliphatic amine and epihydrin, and a reactant among urea, dialkylaminoalkyl amine and dichloroethyl ether or epihalohydrin.
