PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a segment, to reduce costs and to improve workability. SOLUTION: A steel frame 10 in a form of a cylindrical split body includes a pair of main girders 11 and a pair of end face plates 16, the main girder is formed of a steel material with a U-shaped cross section, which comprises a web 12 and a pair of flanges 13, a projection part 14 is provided on either one of the outer peripheral edge part of the flange on a portal side or the outer peripheral edge part of the flange on a face side, and a recessed part 15 to be engaged with the projection part is provided on the other. It is preferable that a key 21 is provided on either one of the web of the main girder on the portal side or the web of the main girder on the face side, a key groove 22 is provided on the other, a key is provided on one of both end face plates and a key groove is provided on the other. It is preferable that a key is formed by welding a flat bar inside a recessed groove. It is preferable that one web end part is provided with a T-shaped projection 23 (projection in a distal end enlarged shape) and a notched part 24 to be engaged with it is provided on the other.
