PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wig stopper and a wig intended for saving labor on production and suppressing unevenness of a clamping force. SOLUTION: This wig stopper 10 includes a base part 11 inverting to a recessed state and a projecting state by being connected by connection parts (13 and 14) in a state that separated parts are drawn to each other, and clamping parts (11a and 11b) extended from the base part 11, and positioned in a place for clamping own hair and a place getting away therefrom by the inverting action of the base part 11. The base part 11 and the clamping parts (11a and 11b) are unitedly formed from one plate, and the connection parts (13 and 14) are set on the central point C3 of the base part 11 of a surface crossing at right angles in the thickness direction of the base part 11, or a place nearly symmetrical with the central point.
