A joint setting apparatus for a floating marine body is disclosed. In the joint setting apparatus for a floating marine body according to the present invention, the floating marine body is composed of first and second hulls having lengths corresponding to that of the floating marine body on the sea, which are manufactured separately and joined on the sea; and a bumper guide provided on the first and second hulls, which guides the first and second hulls in the transverse direction when the first and second hulls get closer to each other in the transverse direction that is the width direction of the first and second hulls.
