The present invention relates to an amoxicillin-including antibiotic composition for fish and, more specifically, to an antibiotic composition for fish, wherein the antibiotic composition has improved water solubility by comprising amoxicillin trihydrate, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate, and sodium hydrogen carbonate. The antibiotic composition for fish and a suspension of the present invention improves the solubility of amoxicillin in a solution and also stability during oral administration so that an antibiotic can be stably administrated for a long time. Moreover, antibiotic active ingredients remain in the suspension during a used period, and the antibiotic composition for fish and suspension of the present invention are rarely affected by foreign material contamination so as to be excellently stable. |
