PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic that exhibits unprecedentedly high effects in a moist feeling, spreadability when applied, gloss and a transparent feeling after applied and is excellent in impact resistance and designability of external appearances. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the solid powder cosmetic containing the following components (A)-(E) includes pressure-molding under vibration of a frequency of 10-40 kHz and an amplitude of 10-100μm. The components include (A) boron nitride having an average particle size of 9-25μm, (B) vaseline, (C) an ester oil, (D) a metallic soap, and (E) a flaky glass having an average particle size of 65-180μm.
