PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle exterior part exhibiting excellent sound absorption characteristics in frequency ranges which differ from each other on both surface sides of the vehicle exterior part. SOLUTION: A vehicle exterior part comprises: an exterior part body 12 constituted by providing through holes 20 in a rigid panel; a vibrating body 28 having a film shape or a plate shape, fixed to one surface of the exterior part body 12 in a vibrating manner, the vibrating body which resonates with a frequency of sound from a sound source located on a side of the one surface; and air chambers 32 formed so as to be surrounded by the exterior part body 12 and the vibrating body 28, in communication with the exterior via the through holes 20.
