Device for transferring and stabilizing a running fibrous web, in particular a paper, cardboard or tissue web, wherein the fibrous web is situated along the web running path first of all in a first sandwich region between a web-delivering and a web-receiving fabric, then lies only on the web-receiving fabric in a transfer section and is situated afterwards in a second sandwich region between the web-receiving fabric and a further fabric, wherein an upright sucker element is provided on that side of the web-receiving fabric which faces away from the web, which upright sucker element has at least one suction zone in the first sandwich region and at least one suction zone in the region of the transfer section, and wherein, in addition, a stabilizing element with a convex surface is provided downstream of the sucker element on that side of the web-receiving fabric which faces away from the web, which results, together with the sucker element, in an at least partially or completely curved web running path from the end of the first sandwich region at least as far as a point A which is situated between 20 and 150 mm, preferably between 20 and 100 mm, upstream of the beginning of the second sandwich region. |
