A pneumatic tire of the present invention can improve performance on an icy road and steering stability and wear resistance on the dry road in a balanced manner. The pneumatic tire has a tread portion (2) provided with an asymmetrical tread pattern which has a designated direction to be mounted on a vehicle. The pneumatic tire has an outer shoulder main groove (3) arranged near the outside of the vehicle and extending in the circumferential direction of a tire, and an outer shoulder land portion (6) divided by a ground end (Te) on the outside of the vehicle. The outer shoulder land portion (6) includes a three-dimensional sipping (16) where a sipping surface (16S) is irregularly formed in a depth direction. A middle land portion (7) or an inner shoulder land portion (8) includes a two-dimensional sipping where a sipping surface is regularly formed in a depth direction. |
