<p>A method of performing cell reselection for user equipment performing data transmission in a wireless telecommunication network (10), user equipment and a computer program product operable to perform that method. The method comprises: determining an indication of a data traffic activity cell reselection threshold; assessing that user equipment cell reselection criteria have been met; evaluating whether the user equipment data traffic activity meets the data traffic activity cell reselection threshold and, if so, performing cell reselection. Aspects described may allow a network to implement a flexible trigger and decision matrix in relation to user equipment performing data transmissions whilst in a CELL_FACH (202) or similar RRC state.</p> |
