A sterilized water-based washing apparatus according to the present invention comprises a first filter including a cylindrical outer housing with a specific space inside and a filtration filter formed inside the outer housing to filter floating matters and sludge visible to the naked eye, conducting a backwashing function that condenses the floating matters and sludge in a space inside the filtration filter or a space between the inner wall of the outer housing and the outer wall of the filtration filter and discharges the condensed floating matters and sludge periodically, and discharging first raw water, which has passed the filtration filter, and second raw water including the condensed floating matters and sludge; a second filter for removing germs and disease-causing matters by filtering the first raw water that has passed the first filter; a purified water discharge part for discharging the first raw water that has been purified by passing the second filter; a sterilized water generation part for generating sterilized water by electrolyzing the second raw water that has passed the first filter; and a sterilized water discharge part for discharging the sterilized water that has passed the sterilized water generation part. |
