The invention relates to a prolonged-release diphenidol pharmaceutical composition comprising: a) 15 - 50% diphenidol hydrochloride; b) 0.1 - 20% one or more binding agents; c) 5 - 90% one or more diluents; d) 5 - 50% one or more release-modifying agents; e) 0.25 - 10% one or more lubricants; and f) 0.1 - 10% glidants. Preferably, the pharmaceutical composition is administered orally and in tablet form. |
