The present invention relates to a palm fruit byproduct separator for producing green biofuel capable of processing palm fruit byproducts remaining after palm fruits are extracted. The palm fruit byproduct separator comprises a conveyor for moving the palm fruit byproducts; an alignment unit arranged above the conveyor to align the palm fruit byproducts; a downward transfer part installed in the heading directional end of the conveyor to move downward the palm fruit byproducts; and a cutting unit arranged under the downward transfer part to separate the palm fruit byproducts into cores and branches by cutting the branches formed on the outer surface of the palm fruit byproducts.
