The present technique is a medical (xylocaine, epinephrine, sodium bicarbonate) instrumental (disposable syringe of 60 ml, extraction cannula of 3mm x 16 cm of length) treatment, which is performed in a suitable place and the protocol is the following: previously photographying the front, rear and lateral area to be worked, MARKING the adipose zones for obtaining a topographic design, then carrying out asepsis of the working zone with isodine foam, then passing the patient to the working table, previously covered with sterile cloth, laying the patient in a dorsal, ventral, lateral decubitus position, placing sterile field and only uncovering the working area. The ANESTHESIA is subsequently applied in the adipose zone with Klein solution (physiological solution, lydocaine, bicarbonate and epinephrine), the LIQUEFACTION process of the adipose tissue being subsequently performed; this being performed with back and forth movements, liquating all the adipose area for extracting the adipose tissue in an easy manner. The LIQUEFACTION process is followed by the EXTRACTION of the adipose zone, this being performed by a syringe in repeated and subsequent back and forth movements until vacuuming the entire adipose zone, the extracted volume must not exceed 3 liters of adipose tissue. The access orifices are finally covered, the patient being bandaged and strapped and left under observation for 1 hour, checking vital signs and discharging him if these signs are controlled. |
