<p>PURPOSE: A method for separating a metal in a metal mixed solution is provided to separate copper, zinc, manganese, calcium, aluminum, and iron from the metal mixed solution obtained by acid-leaching a waste including a cathode active material of a lithium ion battery. CONSTITUTION: A method for separating a metal in a metal mixed solution comprises the following steps: a metal mixed solution containing a metal group A consisting of at least one kind among cobalt, nickel, and lithium, and a metal group B consisting of at least one kind among copper, zinc, manganese, calcium, aluminum, and iron is solvent-extracted by using a mixed extraction agent containing a phosphoric acid ester extraction agent (a first extraction agent), and an oxime extraction agent (a second extraction agent); the metal group B is separated from the metal mixed solution; and the metal mixed solution is obtained by acid-leaching a waste including a cathode active material of a lithium ion battery.</p> |
