According to the present invention, a cache server comprises a content storing unit which stores content; a request frequency calculating unit which calculates a request frequency of the stored content using request time information of the stored content; a recent request calculating unit which calculates whether or not the request of the content is recent based on the request time information of the content; and a determining unit which determines whether or not the stored content is frequently requested based on the calculated request frequency and the recent request, determines the priority of the stored content, and determines whether or not the stored content is replaced based on the priority.
