<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a portable acupressure device. The technical objective of the present invention is to maximize the local acupressure effect by generating vibration or electric power by simply having an acupressure pin in the end part of the main body for portability. For this, the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body; and an acupressure part forming the acupressure pin applying stimulation in a human skin in the end part of the main body. The main body comprises: an electric power generating switch or a vibration generating switch connected to the acupressure pin in the outside; a motor or a battery connected to the electric power generating switch or the vibration generating switch in the inside; a printed circuit board generating an electric stimulation and vibration in the acupressure pin base on the signal outputted from the second electric power generating switch and the second vibration generating switch.
