The present invention provides a heat radiation film which comprises a coil for transmitting and receiving wireless data and a substrate which includes the coil. A heat radiation film layer is further formed on the upper side of the coil. The coil is an NFC coil. A ferrite sheet is formed on the lower side of the coil. The heat radiation film formed on the upper side of the coil is patterned. The heat radiation film patterned with a coil shape is formed on the upper side of the coil to transmit and receive the wireless data or power energy. Therefore, the heat radiation film discharges heat generated from a device, despite having the coil formed on the device, to the outside. |
