<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new curable resin composition attaining excellent flexibility, low warpage, insulation reliability and higher flame resistance without including halogen compounds and antimony compounds. <P>SOLUTION: The new curable resin composition includes, as essential components, a phenolic hydroxy-containing polyurethane (A1), a compound (A2) having a functional group reactive with a phenolic hydroxy group, and a phosphorus-containing organic filler (B), and attains excellent flexibility, low warpage, insulation reliability and higher flame resistance without including halogen compounds and antimony compounds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
