The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing an eco-friendly spacer pad for a display device. The spacer pad for a display device given in the present invention includes: a base material (110); a polyolefin TPE layer (120) formed on one surface of the base material (110); and an adhesive layer (130) formed on the other surface of the base material (110). The device for manufacturing the spacer pad for a display device includes: a stirrer (210); a through hole (214) which is formed on the lateral surface (212) of the stirrer (210) while penetrating the same and through which a melting solution passes; a shutter (220) which opens or closes the through hole (214); a rod (222) of which the lower end is connected to the shutter (220); a linear movement driving unit (230) which is connected to the upper end of the rod (222) and moves the rod (222) up and down linearly; a base material unwinder (261) on which the base material (110) is wound; a coating die (250) which receives the melting solution flowing from the through hole (214) while being connected to the outlet of the through hole (214) by a connection hose (240), coats one surface of the base material (110) with the melting solution, and forms a polyolefin TPE layer (120); an adhesive coating die which coats the other surface of the base material with an adhesive and forms an adhesive layer (130); an ultraviolet chamber (270) which radiates ultraviolet rays onto the adhesive layer and cures the adhesive layer; and a rewinder (262) which winds a spacer pad (100). The bottom surface (211a) of the stirrer (210) and the through hole (214) have a downward slope. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce production costs and improve material properties. |
