The present invention relates to a portable terminal with a stylus pen. Disclosed is the portable terminal which includes a battery mounting groove which is formed on one side of the terminal and a guide hole which is formed on one side of the battery mounting groove. The stylus pen is inserted through the guide hole and is mounted on the terminal in a state where at least one part of the stylus pen is received on the battery mounting groove. The portable terminal with the above configuration mounts a battery pack with an increased capacity by using a space for receiving the stylus pen as a space for mounting the battery pack.
