The portable turning machining apparatus comprises: a base (10); a rotating bar (20) arranged on the base (10); a rotating member (30) configured to rotate the rotating bar (20); machining units (40) arranged on the rotating bar (20); and a moving member (50) configured to move the machining units (40) along a longitudinal direction of the rotating bar (20). The rotating member (30) includes: a fixing plate (32) fixed on an upper surface of the base (10); a rotating plate (36) positioned in an upper part of the fixing plate (32) to be rotated; and a friction pad (38) arranged on an upper surface of the fixing plate (32). Accordingly, the generation of vibration can be minimized to minimize the deviation of horizontality, thereby enabling elaborate machining.</p>
