摘要 The present invention relates to a method for forming a fireproof filling structure in a metal pipe in which insulation for a penetration part of a building is completed and, more particularly, to a method for forming a fireproof filling structure in a metal pipe which insulation for a penetration part of a building is completed, which facilitates work and is economical by reducing construction expenses because the method can complete fireproof filling work without removing thermal insulating materials even though thermal insulation is completed, secures fireproof performance by refilling pores formed when inflammables are burnt because thermally expansible tapes are inserted into parts of the top and the bottom, or parts of the left and right in case of a wall body, between the thermal insulating materials and a penetrating sleeve, provides efficiency in work and economic feasibility because the thermally expansible tapes are inserted into the entire penetration part or attached to the parts of the top and the bottom, and prevents natural ignition caused by heat because a thermal barrier in which the expansible tapes are attached to the top and bottom or parts is covered on the thermal insulating materials to prevent the thermal insulating materials surrounding the metal pipe are naturally ignited by the heat.
