The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Kopi luwak (Civet coffee). According to the present invention, Kopi luwak can be manufactured using an artificial digestive fluid without using a live civet. Therefore, Kopi luwak, known as the most expensive coffee due to its scarcity, can be manufactured with less cost and also can be provided to consumers at inexpensive costs. |
