The device has an inductor coil (L1) connected to a diode (D1) and a MOSFET (T1) at two entry points of a network. Each of second and third coils (L2, L3) includes an end connected to a set of inputs of output converters (C1-CN), and another end connected to another set of inputs of the output converters. A fourth coil (L4) includes an end connected to a condenser (Cres), and another end connected to the network through another MOSFET (T2). A pulse width modulation controller (40) receives a voltage across a buffer capacitor (Ctampon) through a control loop (41), and controls the MOSFETs.
