<p>PURPOSE: A back electrode for a thin film solar cell and a thin film solar cell comprising the same are provided to effectively prevent the penetration of oxygen and moisture by forming a barrier layer and a back electrode layer on the upper and lower surface of a dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer (130) is formed on the upper surface of a dielectric substrate (110). The back electrode layer is made of molybdenum. The dielectric substrate comprises a barrier layer. The barrier layer includes an oxide layer. The dielectric substrate is made of polyimide.</p> |
