An integrated IP broadcasting system and apparatus are disclosed. The integrated IP broadcasting system includes: at least one integrated IP broadcasting device which acquires video information for a predetermined space and outputs an audio signal to the predetermined space; and a control system which communicates with the at least one integrated IP broadcasting device and controls the at least one integrated IP broadcasting device. The at least one integrated IP broadcasting device includes: a network unit which communicates with the control system; a camera unit which acquires the video information for the predetermined space and transmits the acquired video information to the control system through the network unit; and a speaker unit which outputs a sound source signal transmitted from the control system in the same direction as a direction where the video information is acquired. The speaker unit is a directional speaker to output the sound source signal with directivity, and outputs the sound source signal with directivity in a direction of a specific object corresponding to the video information within a video acquisition range of the camera unit.
