The present invention relates to health shoes for bare feet. According to the present invention, a lower extension member is formed on the bottom of an upper constituting each health shoe, and the edge of a bare foot is mounted on the lower extension member. The middle area of the sole of the bare foot is exposed to directly touch the ground, thereby having acupressure and massage effects on the sole of the bare foot on loess roads or easy hiking trails. In addition, a shielding sheet which functions as the sole of the shoe is separably fastened to the outer circumferential portion of the bottom of the upper of the shoe by a zipper member. When a wearer walks barefoot, the shielding sheet is stored in a sheet storage groove formed in the heel of the shoe at the rear of the upper of the shoe. When the sole of the shoe is needed, the shielding sheet is fastened by the zipper member in order to protect the sole of the bare foot and allow the sole of the bare foot to indirectly touch the ground, thereby providing an effect of assisting a rough hiking process. |
