METHOD AND APARATUS TO PREVENT CRACKS IN TUNNEL LINING CONCRETE

In a tunnel lining concrete construction method for placing concrete by installing lining forms in a tunnel where shotcrete is constructed after the shotcrete is constructed in the bored tunnel, a method and a device for preventing cracks on tunnel lining concrete comprise a step of installing concrete inlets and multiple laitance outlets in the middle of one header, and installing the lining forms having a concrete placement checking hole in the uppermost of the header; a step of placing the concrete by transferring unconsolidated concrete to the concrete inlets of the lining forms using a pump; a step of discharging remained water and laitance to the laitance outlets while the unconsolidated concrete is intermittently placed by intermittently transferring the unconsolidated concrete; and a step of placing the concrete on a ceiling part by transferring the concrete to the concrete inlets of the lining forms.
