The present invention relates to a filter unit for syringe and a syringe including the same. The filter unit for syringe includes a filter body including an inlet part to which an injection flows in, an outlet part in which the injection flows out, a partition which divides the inlet part from the outlet part, and a filter which is formed in at least one part selected from the inlet part and the outlet part; and an elastic valve which is installed on the filter body and opens and closes the inlet part and the outlet part. Thereby the present invention is able to efficiently filter foreign substances including pieces of broken glass and is convenient to use.
