The present invention relates to a composition to improve exercise ability and/or fatigue recovery comprising, as an effective ingredient, a mixture of panax species plant leaf extract and processed panax species plant leaf extract. According to the present invention, when a user takes the composition, the effects of increasing the exercise execution time, suppressing the accumulation of blood fatigue substances, and the effects of antioxidation are gained; and the ability for aerobic exercise in accordance to a maximum oxygen uptake, which is the effect of improving cardiorespiratory exercise endurance are obtained, thereby being useful in increasing stamina and exercise ability.
