PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a plastic battery improves the safety of a plastic battery and provides a plastic battery capable of manufacturing a plastic battery with various external shapes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a plastic battery (100) comprises a step of inserting a jelly roll (110) in which a separator is inserted between a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate into a molding frame (200); a step of locating a spacer (121) on the lower part and both sides of the jelly roll and fixing the spacer to the center part of the molding frame; an impregnation step putting a polymerized material with mixed monomer (122) and an initiator to the molding frame; and a polymerization step forming a polymer plastic case (120) through the polymerization of the monomer and the initiator. The spacer is the material same as the polymerized material by the reaction of the monomer and the initiator. |
