The device has a sensor element (30) located in a card body (10) and electrically connected with a central processing element (40) to receive an actuation signal transmitted by the central processing element. A display element (50) is located on a surface of the card body to form a display area (51), which is electrically connected with the central processing element to receive display data generated from the central processing element and to accordingly display a direction mark in the display area. Bearing marks (60) are located on a surface of the body and arranged around the display area. The sensor element is geo-magnetic sensor. The bearing marks are selected from a group consisting of numerical numbers, words, symbols, patterns and positioning indices with direction codes.
