The present invention relates to a relay algorithm which uses a minimal node in consideration of the power consumption of a terminal by improving a data (text and voice) communication distance between terminals which are movable in a group network with a time division multiple access (TDMA) method. When the terminals in a wireless mobile communication environment have the short communication distance or require an increase of the distance, the present invention is related to an authority permitted operation method and an authority automatic setting for automatically relaying data by using another communicatable terminal which is adjacent for communication between small terminals having restrictive power. |
