The present invention relates to a container for storing liquefied natural gas (LNG), which does not need additional welding and fixation for connecting connection parts between single layers not by attaching or fixating, but by making an insulation box and individual elements cross to each other and further support to each other in order to minimize the number of welding related elements, by flexibly dealing with deformation of an internal structure generated in an extremely low temperature environment by preventing complete binding among the crossed individual elements, thereby reducing influence on manufacturing errors of the insulation box. The container for storing LNG comprises: an inner shell which airtightly stores LNG at extremely low temperatures therein; an outer shell which is placed in the outer side of the inner shell; and an insulation layer unit which is placed in a space between the inner and the outer shells, and includes multiple insulation boxes. A knuckled wood panel is placed at an edge unit which is adjacent to multiple insulation boxes in order to fixate the adjacent multiple insulation boxes with one another. |
