An apparatus for attaching a functional film is disclosed. The apparatus for attaching a functional film according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a table having a stage in which a panel with an attached protective film is loaded; a protective film peeling unit including a peeling roller which peels the protective film from the panel by touching the outer surface of the end of the protective film and rolling; and a protective film removal unit which removes the protective film, wound around the peeling roller, from the peeling roller when peeling the protective film by interacting with the protective film peeling unit.
