An oil-in-water emulsion skin care cosmetic composition, comprising (a) a paraffin wax and/or a polyethylene wax, (b) a microcrystalline wax, and (c) an animal/plant-derived wax which contains, as the main ingredient thereof, an ester of a higher fatty acid having from 20 to 32 carbon atoms and an alcohol having from 28 to 34 carbon atoms, and has a melting point of from 75 to 100° C., in which the ratio of component (a) to component (b) is from 70/30 to 95/5 (by mass). | ||
