An ocean incineration vessel and a method for adjusting ballast water of the ocean incineration vessel are disclosed. The ocean incineration vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a waste processing unit to process waste supplied from the outside; a ballast water processing unit to adjust the amount of the ballast water to balance the vessel; and a ballast water adjusting unit to control the ballast water processing unit by corresponding to the amount of waste.
