EUCRYPTITE CERAMIC FILLER, PREPARING METHOD THEREOF AND INSULATING COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention provides a method for preparing a eucryptite ceramic filler. The method comprises the steps of: providing LiCl, AlCl, and Na_2SiO_3 components in an aqueous solution state, respectively; mixing the components of the aqueous solution state; making the mixture react to be precipitated or extracted, forming particles; and calcining the particles. The eucryptite ceramic filler of the present invention has a spherical or elliptical shape and a particle size in a range of 0.01 to 1.0μm, thereby improving dispersion and filling rate.
