The present invention relates to a method for culturing ascomycetes mushrooms using a gold nano colloidal solution and, more specifically, to a culturing method which is characterized by separating an original strain of conventional ascomycetes mushrooms by selecting and using one of a mixed solution having water or distilled water mixed with the gold nano colloidal solution for every step to prevent contamination in an ascomycetes mushroom culturing process caused by such as various bacteria in air, air bacteria, and pathogens, and then, uses the original strain for such a spawn mass culturing step, a culture medium preparing step, and a culturing step. The present invention can increase the cultivation of a high quality ascomycetes mushroom and can establish the foundation of environmentally friendly cultivation to contribute greatly to the technology.
