摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooking vessel having a depressed portion formed on a bottom surface, and more specifically, comprises: a first step of press-processing a metal material into a shape of a vessel; a second step of performing press processing such that a pattern can be formed on a bottom surface of the vessel obtained in the first step; a third step of removing oil and contaminants on a surface of the vessel with a degreasing solution; a fourth step of performing a polishing process and a sanding treatment on the surface of the vessel; a fifth step of performing a coating process on the surface of the vessel; a sixth step of performing an anodizing coating process such that an oxidative coating layer is formed on an uncoated surface of the vessel; and a seventh step of performing a buffing process on the surface of the vessel. As described above, the the cooking vessel of the present invention has remarkable effects in that the slipping of the cooking vessel can be very effectively prevented when cooking is conducted on a stove since the depressed portion is formed on the bottom surface of the outside of the cooking vessel; the amount of water can be appropriately adjusted since a stepped portion is formed at the side portion of the cooking vessel; and the stepped portion can function as a boundary line for adjusting the amount of water, besides steamed dishes.
