A panel for a display device comprises: a first substrate; a touch sensing circuit which is formed on the first substrate and includes one or more sensing thin-film transistors and connection wiring; and a shielding electrode which covers at least a part of the sensing thin-film transistors and connection wiring of the touch sensing circuit and has a predetermined voltage applied thereto.
