摘要 <p>The present invention comprises a mounting unit, a resonance generation unit, and a weight. The mounting unit comprises a mounting part having a mounting groove with a shape corresponding to the outer surface of a blade, and a coupling part positioned outside the mounting part and coupled by a coupling member to allow the mounting part to apply pressure on the blade. The resonance generation unit comprises an actuator for generating a linear motion; a weight frame arranged outside the mounting unit to receive the body and rod of the actuator, having a loop shape to improve structural stiffness, and interlocked with the displacement of the actuator rod to perform a linear reciprocating motion; and a linear guide unit for guiding the direction of the linear reciprocating motion of the weight frame when the position of the actuator rod is changed. The weight is mounted on the surface facing the weight frame to interlock with the weight frame and is extended or contracted in the longitudinal direction of the blade to position the center of gravity of transfer mass in the linear reciprocating motion of the weight frame.</p>
