摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of ceramic powder for removing heavy metals contained in wastewater and to a water treatment method thereof. In order to efficiently remove heavy metals such as copper (Cu), plumbum (Pb) and zinc (Zn) contained in wastewater, the present invention comprises: a first step (S1) in which 3-10 wt% of diatomite, 3-10 wt% of tourmaline, 40-50 wt% of red clay and 40-50 wt% of elvan are mixed, after which 300-600 mesh of mixed powder is produced; a second step (S2) producing a mixture after 20-30 parts by weight of water is added to the 100 wt% of the mixed powder and maturing for 70-130 hours at 20-25°C; and a third step (S3) in which the mixture undergoes a first plasticity at 420-500°C for 1-3 hours, a second plasticity at 830-910°C for 1-3 hours and a third plasticity at 1200-1300°C for 1-2 hours, and a cooling down process at a room temperature ranged between 15-25°C to pulverize into 80-150 mesh of particles and to produce ceramic powder. Also, the present invention stores the produced ceramic powder in a chemical tank and inputs the ceramic powder into a wastewater transfer pipe through a volumetric pump connected and installed in between the chemical tank and the wastewater transfer pipe which enables the powder to flow into the wastewater tank with the wastewater along the wastewater transfer pipe to remove heavy metals within the wastewater by the ceramic powder.
