A portable welding wire connecting device is disclosed. The portable welding wire connecting device comprises a main body having a hand clamp installed thereon; a pair of clamp frames getting closer to each other by operating the hand clamp installed on the main body; a fixing unit provided on the clamp frames, which fixes a pair of welding wires; and a power supply unit provided on the main body, which supplies power for welding to the welding wires coming in close contact with each other by the clamp frames becoming mutually narrowed.
